The fractional market in beauty is growing fast—the number of people identifying as fractional leaders doubled between 2022 and 2024, and that momentum hasn't slowed.

As legacy brands rightsize their internal teams and indie brands scale faster than their infrastructure allows, both are increasingly turning to independent operators to fill the gaps: people who bring senior-level experience, deep retailer relationships and industry connections, and, sometimes, precise specialization.
