  • We provide the tools—like our Job Board and the Talent Match Maker—to put your expertise directly in front of hiring brands, but the most significant way we help you generate work is through proximity.

    We help foster relationships between exceptional beauty consultants, so when clients and industry leaders ask for referrals, our members have a network of qualified and trusted experts to tap in to.

  • Most of our members have 10+ years in the industry, often coming from director level roles at major brands. (It’s less about how long you’ve been a consultant and more about the caliber of experience you bring.)

    We’re most excited to hear from deeply entrepreneurial individuals who want to surround themselves with like-minded, equally-impressive peers.

  • Our curated membership ensures the community stays thoughtful and high value to the members and brand partners within.

    It prevents the 'shout into the void' feeling of larger platforms and ensures that when you post a question or a resource, you get thoughtful responses and interactions.
